Matt and the kids have a Friday night tradition. They have Friday Family Fun Night Camp out. They eat junky food, watch a movie or two and fall asleep downstairs. This gives me Friday nights completely free. I can go out and do something or just head upstairs to be my myself.

Last night, my friend Tracy and I made plans to go out. Two Trac(e)y’s about town. We started things off by going to Moe’s. For a chain selling basically fast food, it is pretty darn good. After dinner we tried to figure out what was next. We ruled out shopping. We wanted to do something fun!

We drove down the main road that connects my town with the suburb to the north. We were sure that we would find what we were looking for. We discussed bowling. Then we both realized there would be teenagers there. We didn’t want to be around teenagers. A bar with fancy drinks might be fun. No, nothing like that exists on the road through suburban hell that we were on. The casino? No, we weren’t actually willing to lose any money. So, where do two mid-30’s women looking for a little adventure at 9 o’clock on a Friday night end up?

Why Super Walmart of course! On the plus side I did end up finding a camera bag.
